Payment card or PayPal credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Mind Investment.

We use information to provide and personalize the service, maintain accounts, deliver purchases, calculate assessment results, send requested resources, provide support, improve the product, prevent abuse, and communicate with you where you have consented or where a message is necessary to provide the service.

If you opt in to marketing or nurture emails, we may send educational content and offers related to Mind Investment. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails. Account, security, purchase, and service messages may still be sent when necessary.

Essential browser storage is used to operate the site. If you choose “Accept optional tracking,” we may also use Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to measure visits, content views, leads, account registrations, checkout activity, and purchases and to understand advertising performance.

Depending on the event and your consent choice, this may involve browser identifiers such as Meta’s _fbp or _fbc values, page or event information, device or connection information, and identifiers such as an email address that are normalized and cryptographically hashed before being sent through server-side advertising measurement. We use third-party providers to operate parts of the service, including Base44 for application infrastructure, PayPal for payment processing, Resend for email delivery and marketing automation, and Meta where optional advertising measurement has been accepted. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Some features, including Timeless Coach, may use AI services to generate responses. Avoid entering highly sensitive personal information you do not want processed by the service. AI-generated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as professional advice.

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet operational or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. You can also choose “Essential only” for optional advertising and analytics tracking, or reopen Cookie settings from the footer to change that choice. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to reasonable verification and any retention obligations that apply.

Mind Investment is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review the situation.
